Women's Education

Empowering women is a core aspect of our work.

 

We have supported the medical education of two women in the Kabira community. Nashiba Nabungye became the first woman in the area to qualify as a Clinical Officer, and now manages the Share Uganda Hampton Health Centre. Jacqueline Gimbo completed her studies at Nursing School with support from Share Uganda, and now supports the delivery of our healthcare projects in the health centre.
